Hey peeps have you ever looked around yourself and found out things that require fixings.. No? Oh no!

I am one of those persons who try to keep up with walk routine, sometimes I fail and on all the other times I succeed.. And for keeping up with my walk routines, I go to the park near my house, which has some rides in it for the kids and some benches too. And just by the way , I am not the only one who goes there for a walk, infact may other people including men and women are seen there for the same activity.

Just today when I geard up myself and headed out for a walk, I saw a bench toppled over, maybe done by some naughty kids who were playing around, and all of a sudden something poped up in my mind and that poping up was an idea ‘let me do a quick fix’’..

There you go!

See, that’s how it was.. Miserable!

So, the moment I saw this, my taking resposibilty, initiative and leadership qualities took over and I decided to fix it right there instead of waiting for someone. Beacuase why not? So let’s see how it looked afterwards….

Let’s nachoo…….

See, that’s how quick i is. Just like that. Sometīmes you don’t need a badge, a tag or a prefix to your name to take the responsibility and lead from the front. Because having a responsible attitude alongside kindness shouldn’t wait for anythīng. And in this case it didn’t, not even in the next case. After fixing the bench I saw a wrapper laying down in the park, I decided to get it fixed too, not by me this time but by a child who was playing there. Because it is elder’s responsibility to make the children realize that they can take the initiative too..

Good job

So,this young man fixed this by throwing it into the bin. By encouraging this young man, I tried to fix the behaviour of the children who were playing there.

At the end, I would like to leave you with a question:

Don’t you think leadership is a behaviour we all should and need to develop in us and we can do this?

Please feel free to share your opinion.
